This course is directed to those involved in the collation of agenda and preparation of minutes for Council meetings and committee meetings. Individuals employed in a range of work environments who organise a variety of meetings will also gain benefit from attending this course. They may provide administrative support or have responsibility for these tasks in the context of a particular team, work group or project.
